You hit the nail on the head with work-life balance, Zat. Jeff Bezos was talking about this subject in an interview that is featured on Business Insider’s “Success: How I Did It” podcast, and he expressed that he really did not like this term. There is too much integration and too much of what goes at home impacts what goes on at work, and vice versa.

In hearing this, I thought it more appropriate to redefine this as a work-life loop (similar to feedback loops we learn about in high school), rather than a balance, as one is constantly interrupting both positively and negatively, the performance in the other.
