Thanks for reading and thanks for the awesome question! A couple simple questions I always keep handy:
- Did I work to exhaustion (aka did I sweat my a** off)?
- Was I fully focused (how many times did I check my phone)?
- Did I perform better than yesterday?
I also think about individual exercises, like did I perform that one optimally, why didn’t I do that last rep, etc., but that is just me.
It does not change the exercises for the next workout, but it changes my mindset going into it!
