Love that response! The number one thing I took away from business school for almost every question I asked (which was a lot, so I shouldn’t have a problem continuing that like you mentioned moving forward), was that the answer 99% of the time was it depends.

The main ingredient and primary component of your response and my question though, is that we both had the courage to do something at all, rather than remain silent.

Maybe it’s not about Simon Sinek wanting us to go last, or us going first. Maybe the order doesn’t matter the more we think about it.

The coolest part and the part that allows you to meet these people, hear their stories, and then share their stories — this is the part we should crave. Going first or last isn’t going to afford us this opportunity.
