Hi Tiffany! Experiential learning is certainly a transformative way of learning, I totally agree.

I was having a conversation this weekend at a young entrepreneur’s conference about his belief that in a number of years, undergraduate degrees are going to be challenged by “experiential degrees” and resumes are going to be replaced by “portfolios” of different projects people have taken on. This will demonstrate breadth of real life experience rather than book smarts.
