Hey Aytekin! Was having an interesting debate the other day and was just curious to get your thoughts about being the most productive member at a meeting.

Simon Sinek believes it is most efficient to be the last to speak in order to accumulate everybody else’s thoughts and then respond and react. But, if everybody is the last to speak, nobody steps up and is that first courageous volunteer.

What are your thoughts on speaking order at meetings and their importance?
